Raymond Bilan passed away January 9, 2025 Ray had been working out at City Sports Club in Vallejo, when he suffered an aneurysm and a heart attack per a very close friend of his. Ray attended Springstowne Junior High School before Hogan High School. He was my chess buddy back in eighth grade. You will be missed Ray. Rest in peace. Raymond J Bilan.
